i tried to place an order using all of my hot cash and rewards about 20 mins ago, and for whatever reason my card declined. no biggie, was just gonna try again with a different card. however when i went to go replace the order, my hot cash AND 10 dollars in rewards were gone! they say "redeemed" in my account history but the order never actually placed, so they haven't actually been redeemed. has this happened to anyone and how did you go about solving it? is this something that customer service can fix for me, or am i just screwed?
