places to go when heartbroken?

I am completely heartbroken, just got broken up with a week ago. I have no friends here and all my family is in La. I’ve been trying to find something to do but just end up at a bar which is… no good. Is there somewhere around here I can hang out with animals? Somewhere good to cry? Does anyone need a dog or cat sitter?😭 I just need some comfort and I’ve been holed up in my dorm room all week sobbing. I don’t have a car but am an avid bus taker. Preferably looking for something free to very cheap. Don’t even care if it’s for kids or adults I just need something. Thank you in advance :)❤️

edit: i cannot thank you all enough for the support, the comments, the messages. though i am literally so alone here, this post is making me feel a sense of community.

the crowd in san jose was abysmal

I have seen Alex G 5 times now throughout the years. Twice in la, once in Pomona, once in New York, and now in San Jose. This was by far the worst crowd of his, and possibly of any artist’s that I’ve been in. It’s … endearing that younger kids are getting into him now, but the crowd was literally 8-18 years old. These kids had NO concert etiquette or decorum. If you were there, you must have heard all of the very loud talking throughout the entire show. No one was moving or dancing, no one was singing; no one knew any of the songs. So everyone was just talking with their friends. I have never been in such a dull crowd at his show before. The kids in front of me were complaining that the songs kept changing from slow to fast, it was too loud, they wanted to leave, and they were sitting on the floor. I heard multiple people say they didn’t know the songs, that he “only played 4 good songs.” He played stuff from DSU, Headlights, Beach Music, God Save The Animals, House of Sugar, Rocket, Rules, Trick, and he even played Cards. If you don’t know any songs from literally any of those albums and you are just there to hear Sarah (which people were screaming for him to play of course) and Forever (which the kids went crazy for for some reason) then literally do no come. I had such an annoying time. Any one else feel this way?

hi guys! recent little health history- i have been vegetarian for probably 15 years (, 25) i have gastritis, and just recently was bleeding very heavily for months. I suspect i have adenomyosis. I just got an ultrasound yesterday and decided to check some recent lab results while waiting for the ultrasound results. I saw that my ferritin level is 4! No one has reached out to me about it. I’ve had vitamin b transfusions in the past, but kind of gave it up for whatever reason. I am constantly feeling incredibly sick. Now i’m super worried about how critically low my level is. I also have health anxiety if you couldn’t tell lol. How should i go about this? would transfusion help at this point? i have a pretty sensitive stomach considering the gastritis and i’ve read that iron therapy can be really hard on the stomach. I don’t have the money for expensive supplements. does anyone have any advice for cheap alternatives? thank you!
