am i cooked or still surviving?
after nosebleed failed in my kindle basic 11 2024 edition as it was mtp.. i dumped unnecessary files in my kindle keeping only 20mb free space left then kept it in airplane mode
today i used send-to-kindle to get a new epub in my kindle... for that i connected wifi for a brief moment for downloading that epub, then i immediately turned the airplane mode on,checked again and deleted the update file that got partially downloaded through my phone via usb
now after some hours i tried to use my kindle and read that book, but then i saw kindle was saying "update failed due to insufficient storage" then restarted automatically,then it showed update failed and i immediately checked in and saw the airplane mode was off!!!(i clearly checked before that i kept it on) and i went to settings but saw it is still in 5.18.6... i have attached the 2 screenshots here
then i connected through usb and checked in my android that the update file was there and deleted it again
now, am i cooked? or am i still surviving?
help me experts i am really in stress right now
