Come flirtate generalmente? Come le fate capire che eventuali complimenti non sono in tono amichevole? Che metodi avete trovato funzionare?

Lately I've been crushing a little on a co-worker who is way older than me and I'd like to kinda make her know that. Not looking for a relationship at all, just something very very casual. I know that she mad out with a girl of around my age during a company BBQ so I may have a very little chance and I like dreaming. For context: we work in different departments so we rarely bump into each other which may not help my situation a lot since it's more difficult to establish a degree of confidence.

I'm not a very extroverted person but I can hold a chat and she's very chatty in general so that would not be such a big problem if we do bump into each other.

Anyway, any tips?
