Has anyone actually passed a Micro1 Zara interview, and got a contract

before I sit down for 28 minutes with an AI recruiter, I want to know if this thing is actually worth it. Glassdoor says people get through in about 5 days, so it seems legit.

My actual question is this: does Zara Ai respond better when you answer with real examples from your experience, or when you walk her through your process step by step? Worried that 28 minutes disappears fast if every answer becomes a full story.

Zara AI interview; process explanations or real examples? What actually worked for you?

I'm getting ready for a Zara interview and trying to figure out the best way to answer the questions.

Do you answer with your process ("here is how I approach it: step 1, step 2, step 3") or do you lead with a real example from your experience? The concern with examples is that 28 minutes goes fast if every answer becomes a full story.

What actually scored well with Zara when you went through it? Did she push back when answers were too abstract? Did she cut you off? can one go pass the 28 minutes?

Any honest feedback appreciated.

I still think about someone who let the elevator close on me

Saw someone this week let the elevator doors close while I was sprinting toward it.

We made eye contact👀.

No apology.
No hesitation.
Just… watched it close.

I’m still not over it.

Because I’m the opposite person.
The one risking a shoulder injury every morning trying to hold the door for strangers I will never see again.

Are you the person who holds the elevator…

or the one who lets it close and keeps walking?

My plant didn't die. I call that a win.

Okay so I fully neglected her for three weeks. Three. Weeks.

Every morning I'd walk past her and we'd make eye contact and I'd just… keep walking. I don't know when I started feeling guilty around a plant but here, we are.

This morning I finally watered her. Talked to her a little too. Apologized. Said this week will be different. She didn't say anything back, but I could feel the forgiveness. We're good now. Fresh start.

Anyway. It's Sunday, the plant is alive, I have my coffee, and I'm choosing to take this as a sign that the week is going to be great. 😂🌱

The Warm One

A stranger nodded at me this afternoon like we had an agreement about something. I nodded back with full confidence. We both kept walking. I think about it still. Do you ever have a moment with a stranger that lasts 2 seconds but somehow stays with you?
