I just hit my first 50+ downloads with my first game — what should I improve next?

Hey everyone,

I recently published my first game on Google Play — a physics-based stacking game where every block actually affects the balance.

I’ve just reached my first 50+ downloads, and I’m trying to understand what to improve next to scale it further.

Current features: – Physics-based stacking (not just timing)

– Ranked system (Challenger → etc.)

– Multiple environments (cities)

What I’m struggling with: – Retention (players drop after a few runs)

– Getting organic installs without ads

– Making the gameplay feel more rewarding

If you were in my position, what would you focus on first?

ASO, gameplay loop, visuals, or something else?

I’d really appreciate any honest feedback 🙏

I recently released my first mobile game and just reached 50+ downloads 🚀 Starting from 0 with no budget, this milestone feels really motivating.

Skyline Stacker is a simple but addictive game where you try to stack buildings as high as possible. The main challenge is timing — placing each block perfectly to keep your tower balanced and growing.

It’s designed to be easy to pick up but hard to master, especially if you’re trying to beat your high score again and again.

I’m currently working on adding a ranked system / leaderboard to make it more competitive and engaging over time 👀

I’d really appreciate any feedback (good or bad), as I want to improve the game and keep updating it.
