Electronics Engineer

I started working for about a year now. I'm considering switching jobs as I don't feel like I'm growing in my current position and the management doesn't suit me. There's a lot of work and pressure due to over optimistic/non realistic deadlines. So I feel very drained and exhausted every day after work. And I'm even stopping enjoying what I'm doing. Also I have almost no senior support and only getting little feedback even when asking for. They also promised me a company car but finally said it'll be for later and until now still nothing.

I'm just hesitant about my situation as I'm relying on a work permit and I'm aware the job market is a bit tough for juniors right now...

So I'm wondering if it's a wise decision to switch now or is it better to get some more years of experience?
