Did the Sunseeker Robot app backtrack?

Hello,

There was a recent time you could "select" an area to cut... (not a zone, but an area within a zone). Now after having the robot returned to me after some repairs, that option seems to have disappeared?

Can anyone help with this...

Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask if anyone could provide guidance

I am having a lot of issues getting warranty support from the company RobotMyLife (robotmylife.com.au) that distributes Moebot Acre Pro (which is the equivalent of Sunseeker X7 Plus)

I have tried calling- more than half the time it disengages, and other times it is picked up by AI receptionist who 'escalates' the issues as top priority, but no progress is made. I have also tried emailing their support, as well as their sales team, due to lack of reply from the support email. It has now been about 3 weeks, with the latest email being "we will escalate your issue to the Tech Team" after providing them all warranty information etc. More recently, the website is presumably under upgrade, which makes contacting them even more difficult

Can anyone shed a light on how best to proceed?
