I use the Everything search app on my PC (Windows 11 Pro - version 25H2, i7, 32GB RAM, 2TB SSD). When starting the app, I noticed that the default listing includes 3,000+ mp3 files, which are located in the trash. All are listed as 1kb. I tried emptying the trash, but they still show up. I tried copying one from Everything to the desktop and opening it, but got an error in my media player. I tried refreshing the list and even a forced rebuild of the index. The files still appear when viewing Everything and/or when viewing just audio files - even after emptying the trash - see attached image. Is this a Windows 11 issue or an Everything issue? Anyone have any idea what these are and/or how to get rid of them? TIA for any help
