Cylinder delivery issue? Here is how I forced them to deliver.

I use Bharatgas, and I recently had to take my distributor to school. They kept giving me the runaround, saying "2-3 more days" for over a week. After I followed the steps below, they actually called me themselves and delivered the cylinder immediately.

If your gas delivery is stuck, don't just wait—take action:

  1. Keep your details ready: Find your 17-digit LPG ID and Consumer Number. Without these, no official will entertain your complaint.
  2. PGPortal (The Nuclear Option): Go to pgportal.gov.in and file a grievance under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. If you get stuck on the steps, ask an AI or check YouTube, but make sure you file it.
  3. Track Status Daily: After filing, check the status every morning. Eventually, the portal will display the Name and Mobile Number of your local Territory Manager (TM). The TM has the actual power to cancel a distributor's license—they are the ones the agency fears.
  4. Apply Pressure: Call the TM directly. Tell them clearly: "I have an active PGPortal complaint and I haven't received my gas for 10 days." Additionally, Google the number for your Regional Manager and call them daily.
  5. Don’t give up: Do not let them talk you into closing the complaint until the cylinder is physically in your house.

These agencies only listen when the pressure comes from above. In my case, I called the Regional Manager (Noida) and my local TM for two days straight—by the third day, the cylinder was at my door. PGPortal is the best way to get results.

Mera BHARATGAS ka cylinder hai, Raj Gas Service se. Maine acche se class li inki. Ye log mujhe bhi 2-3 din bol-bol kar tarka rahe the. Baad mein unka khud se call aaya aur cylinder deliver kiya.

Agar aapka bhi gas ruka hai, toh ye steps follow karo:

  1. Details ready rakho: Apna 17-digit LPG ID aur Consumer No. nikaal lo. Iske bina koi sunwai nahi hogi.
  2. PGPortal (The Nuclear Option): pgportal.gov.in par jao aur Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas ke andar grievance file karo. Steps samajh nahi aaye toh YouTube ya AI se pooch lo, par file zaroor karo.
  3. Track Status: Complaint file karne ke baad daily status check karo. Wahan aapko Territory Manager (TM) ka naam aur mobile number dikhega. TM ke paas power hoti hai agency ka license cancel karne ki.
  4. Pressure Banaiye: TM ko call karo aur seedha bolo: "Mera PGPortal complaint active hai aur 10 din se gas nahi mili." Iske saath Regional Manager ka number Google karke unhe bhi daily call karo.
  5. Don’t give up: Jab tak cylinder ghar na aa jaye, complaint band mat hone dena.

Ye log tabhi sunte hain jab upar se danda aata hai. PGPortal best rasta hai. Maine 2 din BHARATGAS k Regional Manager (Noida) or Jhansi k TM ko call kiya 3rd day cylinder aa gya tha.
