Shifting advice (from someone who just got back from a shift)
Hey you! I see you're trying to shift. Don't ask how I know, I just do. I'm here to help!
DR: Desired Reality
CR: Current Reality
Script: Your DR but written down to help focus
So, I see a lot of people saying stuff like "you need to do this" And "you shouldn't do this" or "You should feel this" And stuff like thst. But the thing is, shifting is personal.
"You don't need a method to shift." That is completely true. You can shift whenever, however. But, you can use methods. I find it easier to focus on a steo of instructions, like training my subconscious that these steps lead to a shift.
"You can shift anytime, anywhere." Again, this is also true. But, BUT, I recommend quiet places with nothing actively stabbing you or something. This can make it hard to focus on your DR and detach. Believe me, trying to shift with people talking is a pain in the ass.
"You don't have to script." This is AGAIN true. But, scripting can be helpful. It can give you something to focus on. Your subconscious knows what you want, but someti,es outwardly writing it or typing it can make it seem more real.
If you need help, have questions, or anything of the sort, ask! I'm usually online at least once a day.
Happy Shifting! Good Luck.
