Civil Engineer as a College Instructor. Academe vs. Industry.

I recently passed the board exam. Pinag-iisipan ko kung okay ba ang academe path as a career na tatahakin ko. I got this idea sa mga naging instructor ko nung nag-aaral pa lang ako. Some of them ay nagturo for 2-3 years then nag-industry na, and ang iba naman ay nakapagtapos ng Master's at umangat ang position nila.

If mag-academe ako, mag-upskill din ako while teaching in case na maisipan kong mag-industry or to do freelance work. I have a passion po kasi sa pagtuturo. Noong student pa lang ako, marami po akong natulungang juniors para mapasa po nila ang subject.

I am asking for advice and insights kung worth it ba ang academe path career at kung paano po mag grow sa career na ito or should I go na lang sa Industry.

Roast my resume, please.

Professional Integration is 'yung preboard examination po namin sa university.

CEASC is student council.
