So I wanted to grow mulberry through cuttings and I wanted to grow them in water and when the roots would form then plant them in the soil. I placed them in water on 7th March and to this day they still haven't rooted like there are leaves and everything but no roots what should I do? Keeping in mind i used this method for hardwood grape wines and they rooted in 25 days.

I really wanted to make this angie beneviento doll from resident evil village but I wanted to know the required materials. I have seen people make her on yt they use clay acrylic paint and a doll body shaped figure made out of either wires or metal. Any suggestions and tips are appreciated. Please do reply.
