I need help determining whether this could be a tick flea or something else
So yesterday I noticed that my dog had these weird little brown things on her ear I was naturally worried so I asked my mom and she said that it's probably fleas and I don't have to worry but after looking closer I cannot tell if these are ticks or something else they are near the ear and a little bit spread out across the body if anyone needs more pictures I can take another one but they are mainly around this ear I'm just afraid and need help!
