For extra credit in one of my classes, my professor wrote Japanese (if I'm not mistaken) on the board. No photos were allowed so my friend tried to draw it. The only clue was "something that happened during our exam." I'm pretty sure it was something to do with the wind being strong/loud, but I want to make sure. Translation of what it says would be helpful! Thanks
