Latte art with corn milk
This corn milk literally steams and pours like whole milk!
I like the taste of it in cold drinks. It tastes similar to almond milk in hot drinks.
I have a video of me steaming and pouring this on my other socials if you are interested in seeing.
Used up the last bit of oat milk today. Texture was on the thinner side but I got to adapt and slow down the flow rate while focusing on cup rotation. Oat milk takes a tad more aeration than whole milk and you have to be a bit more conscious about how it flows.
Steaming 150ml milk on level 3 in a 6.8oz pitcher and then transferring to a 17oz pitcher to pour.
First day trying any sort of rose. Happy with the base though!
First day trying to do a slow rose. Happy with the base but I definitely need help with the rose part lol
Last thing to really “upgrade” is the grinder but still getting awesome results with this df64 gen 2 with my home roasted beans. I’m using the Kaffelogic nano 7 roaster but that’s in the garage. My bar is getting way too cramped 😌
Getting the perfect wing base is very difficult for me. Here’s it looks like it blobbed out on the bottom left.
I’m currently doing a push base and waiting for the mushroom to appear before rippling.
Should I let the mushroom expand more or less before rippling to prevent the base warping like that?
