Finally got my first RTB01 Space Marine as a 89' Space Shark, it was a damaged eBay rescue so I did my best to put him back together. Absolutely love the old school look, these marines are a year younger than me so this is what I remember space marines looking like when I'd see friends older brother playing with them when I was a little kid.
Well, I got carried away kitbashing my frigate and now I guess this is my first display model. So, I give you the long distance raiding frigate Pyrrhuloxia. I'm all ears on suggestions for improving my painting, modeling and photographing, but go easy on me this is a first attempt at something like this.
I'm at work and have had way too much caffeine, so sorry if this post might not make much sense. Recently been working on starting my Alpha Legion warband with some different CSM boxes, so I thought I would share a couple of my completed guys. I was thinking of theming them as corrupted chaos space marines who think they are loyalist space marines infiltrating chaos, who haven't realized they are actually helping chaos and are themselves the monsters they think they are fighting, I am Legend style. I could call them the Omegamen... Charlton Heston anyone?
Also added my head taker from my deathwatch kill team since he might be more appreciated here.
