identifying/defining art pop

art pop has been genre that I have had hard time identifying or being able to attempt to create. Correct me if I am wrong, but from my current perception, i always thought it may be harder to identify because it doesn’t have a specific sound (I’ve heard it be defined as a fluid genre instead of an essentialist genre (genre characterized by very specific sound)), and that it’s seen by the way it interacts with other sounds or by making experimental music accesible (and vice versa). please let me know your thoughts, and if you’ve ever had a hard time identifying it; and if you did, what has allowed you to be able to? similar confusion goes for progressive pop/rock and art rock.

difference between rymcore and aotycore music

now, 90% of the time, music that is considered one of them, is also the other, however, I have seen some people try to mark a difference between the slight difference of music taste style of both websites (within the parameters of both being quite similar), what do you think is the difference between both of them?
