2000 LC w/189k miles. The seller says “with some rust”. I see some light surface rust, is the seller over playing it or am I missing something? They’re asking $14,900. TIA!

Found this 2001 LX470 with 83,500 original miles. Exterior and interior are bear mint. Non-nav. Well maintained, already had a timing belt service. The only issues are the rear AC doesn’t work and the steering tilt motor out. They’re asking $25k.
