I wasn’t sure what to do with these useless screens. They’re not even HD. I was thinking of uninstalling them, but then figured I could use them for my SNES Classic. Did y’all know that these screens cost this much?! Way more than a 60” 4K TV.
Looking for some mounting ideas for mounting the winch control box behind the grille. Any help appreciated.
Probably best to turn up the volume a little. Found out after the fact that I had a bad injector, so I was only running on 7 cylinders. Now that it has been rectified I'll have to give this another go having full power. lol.
Hi All,
I’m very fortunate to have found myself in the position to own an HZJ75 that will definitely be well loved and used. I am looking for anyone else in the upper midwest with 70 series trucks to stay in touch with. In addition, if anyone has good recommendations on where to source good expendables in the region, such as filters, etc., please feel free to let me know.
Love walking out of a store and having a heritage blue parked next to me
Finally got some tires, solar mounted, and bed set-up inside. Took a test trip to explore around the Ozarks.
Interior and exterior looks to be in pretty good condition besides the rust underneath. It's from the midwest apparently but being sold (and driven, if i buy it) in the southwest.
Some notes which I am not sure how to feel about that might be relevant:
- Owner "recently purchased it but needs have changed"
- 221k miles
- AHC removed
- Night vision (more electricals to break later?)
- AC control in head unit (same concern as above)
- I won't be rock crawling with it, but will be doing some Class 3ish stuff a few times a year. Other than that it'll be driven on well maintained highways.
- Listing is asking for 12k
Besides this, I don't have much more information. I'm going to see it tomorrow so if there's anything in particular I should ask please let me know! Mostly just worried if this amount of rust is something I can DIY away. I've been through the Slee offroad guide already.
Appreciate the help in advance!
2006 LC with 211K miles. Maintenance/repair list keeps growing, and I’m looking for any perspective that I may have missed. I originally wanted this to be my forever truck 8 years ago, because I’m somewhat handy with basic car maintenance and I realized my dream since young to own one. Now I have a family to raise, the LC isn’t big enough for it, and I’ve got no time to put in the work; but I’m so torn to let it go.
For context, I just got an estimate for a cam seal replacement for $1,400. Timing belt likely needs replacing just to be safe due to cam seal oil leak dripping on the rubber. AHC struts are rusty and need replacement, AHC globes look tired but still working. U-joint is a little warped and is causing vibrations at highway speeds, and many more minor stuff. What would you do? Talk me out (or in) of selling it (no, I wont sell it for tree fiddy).
I’m at used Nissan Armadas lately, and the pro 4-x looks pretty enticing in a few years after it hits its depreciation value.
Thinking of trading my ‘21 for a GX550 Luxury+. It has 24,000 miles and I am original owner. When I looked last summer they offered me $65k, which seemed exceedingly low. What’s a reasonable offer?
I was hoping to change the my Land Cruiser 200 2012 head unit from the base trim head unit to the higher trim one maybe source one from crashed car sites that they sell parts from i was thinking if its possible to do i dont need all the functions to work obv since the higher trims have 4 cameras and all that dont need all those to be working i do have a reverse camera currently working w an android head unit but the goal is for the reverse camera and the Bluetooth and aux audio to be working properly
1st pic is how it is currently 2nd pic is how it used to be 3rd is how i want it to be
I need to find someone who wants some project of this scope.
feeling hopeless thinking about this project.
it's something that one time in life I imagined myself completing but it's beyond my abilities and financial means at this point in life.
