a6700 on the way! what now?

Hello. I'm so pumped to get back into digital photography with the a6700. My last digital camera was a Sony DSC-HX5V (still have it, but haven't used it in years). I also ordered the 18-135 kit lens (both from Sony online) and the Sigma 30mm f/1.4 DC DN C. I've already been immersing myself in the Alpha Academy stuff and skimming the manual online. What are some things you wish you knew when you first got your a6700? Thanks for any advice.

Greetings. I'll probably be retiring in a couple months and as a gift to myself I was thinking about a digital camera with lenses for vacation/architecture etc and also for motorsports (so maybe 300-400mm?) so I'm thinking two lenses? Obviously not looking for a professional camera but good quality and ideally I'd like to keep it under $2k US total. I also doubt I'll be trying to post the pics or sell or anything, this will be more as just another thing to keep me busy. Can I get some recommendations please?

1) $2k US

(2) My Nikon F3 doesn't meet my needs for motorsports

(3) Travel/architecture and motorsports

(4) Photography

I have a fairly new Ground Control on the rear and was thinking of putting it on the front and a new Fast Trak on the rear for a bit better rolling resistance overall? Anyone use/have used this combo? Since the GC is still pretty good I'd like to keep both tires as Spesh. Thanks for any advice. Edit: I'm not a racer or anything if that matters.
