Revision Rhinoplasty needed. Pls help

I had a rhinoplasty in 2020. I have this weird scar tissue (?) bubble on the bridge of my nose. It squishy and I can move it around a little. I’ve had a few kenalog injections a few years ago but it always comes back. It’s slightly off center to the right..

I’ve tried to find ANYONE who has had this experience and I can’t.. :’)

I’d also like the tip to be a bit more defined/pointy (not POINTY but I don’t know the right word lol)

I also have slight breathing issues and frequent nasal dripping ever since the rhinoplasty.

I’ve been putting it off because im terrified of a revision rhinoplasty but I can see this bubble out of the corner of my eye and it makes me so self conscious. You can’t always see it but with any kind of overhead lighting it is very visible

Disclaimer I also have rosacea. But it hasn’t looked this flared up since I started Tret a couple weeks ago . It’s red but nothing I put on it burns. And it is a bit peely in certain areas but I already had problems with dry skin around my mouth and nose even before Tret, and it doesn’t seem to be any worse..

Routine-

PM:

-wash face with neutrogena ultra gentle foaming cleanser with cica

-pyukang yul essence toner while still wet

- shower (without getting face in the water) and then wait for face to dry

-every 2-3 nights apply tret .025 on dry skin

-on non tret nights apply avene cicalfate

AM:

-wash with neutrogena ultra gentle foaming cleanser with cica if I did tret the night before or just water if no tret the night before

-avene cicalfate

-sometimes nothing at all

PS. I know avene cicalfate isn’t super moisturizing but I haven’t found a moisturizer that doesn’t break me out
