Hello,

We are looking to host a reception in the months of Oct/Nov of this year (2026) for 150-220 people. Understand it's very late planning wise. We're already married so this would be a single event reception to allow our friends and families to celebrate. No alcohol.

Looking for people who have recommendations and/or can share vendor costs for the following:

• Reception halls in GTA that quoted for just hall rental for up to 250 people
• Reception Hall + Food (no alcohol) for up to 250 people
• Photographer + Videographer (willing to spend more for reputable businesses)
• Day of Content Creator
• Vegan Wedding Cake
• DJ focused on south asian music
• Photo-booth (with printed photo strips)
• Other vendors (see below)

Bonus points if anyone has had success with any vendors / caterers who served vegan food. Whether that be the main food options, dessert, cake, or secondary vendors (ex. Chai station, boba, speciality drinks, treats etc.)
