i’ve seen so many mixed results on mewing. some people totally destroy their jawlines and face shape. but if it works it’s a huge transformation. i’m trying to improve my jawline as it grows. i’m 18m, white if that’s relevant. so it’s probably not a bad age. what do i do lol? i’m worried about messing up and ruining my face.

is there any sort of consistent posture that i should do to make my jawline better as opposed to exercises? what’s the healthiest/safest thing to do here?

i also wanna make my chin less recessed, although it’s not particularly recessed right now. i’m worried that as i’m growing, my facial posture will have a huge weight in determining how my features will look.
