Hi I'm a surf research student looking to rent a room from June 1 - July 31.

Preferences:

• Location: Within walking distance to campus
• Budget: Flexible, but maxing out at $800-900/month (the cheaper, the better!).
• Environment: Clean, quiet, and well-maintained living spaces.
• Prefer a furnished room.
• No need for parking.
• Bus: Close to the bus routes would be a plus but not necessary.

I’ll be busy with research and internship back at my room for most of the day. I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m happy to room with other SURF students or join an existing group looking to offset their summer rent! I'm also open to solo studio/1BR subleases if the price is right.
