I've been trying for WEEKS now to resolve an issue with GenSpark gobbling up over 10k credits, and getting stuck in a broken agent workflow. The help desk is not super helpful.
i've DM'd them here (in Reddit), i've used their email (they replied once and have M.I.A. ever since...), and i've open posted in "X". No response.
What's the magic number ? How do we get HELP as PAYING customers ? Who cracked the HELP code ?
