Last Sunday I made Peruvian Adobo, this dish is usually eaten only on Sundays, to cook Peruvian adobo we boil the pork and onions(and sometimes a spicy pepper if like it spicy) in Chicha sedimento called concho, chicha it's a pre inca and inca beverage made fermenting corn. Finally we eat it dipping some bread in the soup.

Last Friday was Viernes Santo since seafood is more popular those days we made this soup with shrimps, mine were so small so we blended and strain them to separate the solids and the shells.

We also added some Machas(similar to clams) and fish roe, also pumpkin, carrots, corn and habas, finally some cheese and milk.
