I’ve decided to do the AP retail journey and message my AD that I’m willing to do an ROO + white dial steel RO combo. I’m happy to buy both, I like both.

The ROO seemed available relatively soon if I was ready to purchase.

My main ask was “what is the timeline to steel RO as a 2nd?”

Their answer surprised me because they simply asked “which watch I’d like as a 1st?” I had assumed ROO was required, but they kindly explained that’s not necessarily the case.

At that point I said I’d like the steel RO if that option is on the table. They said ok and will let me know.

Everything I’ve heard on this subreddit and elsewhere tells me steel RO is not a 1st. Is this realistic?

For background context — I have met them in-person, stayed in touch, discussed several watches I’m interested in over time, shared some details about my business etc. It’s probably clear I’m not a flipper at this point.

Posted earlier trying to sort out what was refunded today in the first ACH payment. I tracked it down via the 615 and 603 reports in ACE. Matches perfectly.

So today’s ACH refund was the batch of entries which were liquidated after approx Jan 30th 2026.

Anyone think this could be coming in the future? I’ve been holding out for a good financing offer. Have a 2020 MY Performance and we love it.

We’re expecting ~$1M in refunds and got about $100k refunded today in a single wire payment.

We had >100 entries total that were submitted for refunds.

We submitted April 20th within 10 minutes of CAPE opening.

Where can we cross-reference to check what actually was refunded? So we know what was paid and what still is coming?
