2 year old still looks puppyish and young, is he done growing/ maturing?

My male (fixed) dachshund still looks really young and puppyish- which I love about him. Im just curious if hes done growing and is just naturally having a younger appearance or if he will get bigger and more mature looking at all? Is he done growing? His face is really small, smaller than it looks in photos
