[Hiring] Looking to commission a painting of my father’s hometown (mountain village in the Mediterranean)
Hi as seen from the caption I’m looking to commission a painting of my father’s hometown. It’s a village located in a valley of mountains along the Mediterranean. The reference photo I have is from summer, so the landscape is lush with greenery.
While we still visit regularly, we haven’t been able to as much as we might like to. It’s the land where my father’s family has lived for generations and I also have alot of fond memories picking mulberries and cherries as a kid.
We’ve always wanted to have an art work depicting it. That allows us to feel its comfort even if we’re far away. This piece is intended as a birthday gift.
Looking to commission a physical painting. I’m currently considering an oil painting or water-colour.
For delivery purposes, I’m currently based in Southeast Asia, so international delivery would be great.
