Two things I noticed about late model Venza trunk

I have 2023 XLE for almost two years and here are couple of thing I noticed, and I wonder is it just me, or the others have same/similar experience.

  1. All of my pants get stained. All at the same spot. About 30 inches off the ground. on the right side below the pocket. It is a black horizontal line about an inch long and few milliliters wide. Once it is there it can't be removed with washing or using stain removers. I think that it happens while I'm reaching in to a trunk, but I can't find the source. I keep my car clean inside and out (cleaner than most people). This happens in all weather conditions.

  2. I have the squeaking and grinding trunk shock on the driver side, but only when the weather is above 70f ... Last year towards the end of the summer I figured out the way how to partially lubricate the shock and it helped a lot and than with time the noise was gone. And it was gone the entire winter. As soon as it got warm the noise was back. In the last few weeks it is like a clockwork if the weather is below 70f no noise, if the weather is over 70 noise comes back.

What would you charge for this? I know how to do interviews well, but I don't do them often, and this is for a friend of a friend, that can potentially get me more work so I want to be fair.

Interview is in NYC no traveltime. I will work alone, two cameras, two lavs, and only one of my lights on the light stand in addition to ambient light. The quote is for two hours, while interview will be about an hour long. Extra time is for talent to arrive settle in, breaks, etc...

Deliverables are rough cut ( single camera timeline with all questions and answers) as well as few minutes of social media edit (charging per minute of edit) Edit is nothing crazy just two people talking and here and there inserting photos and company logo.

I have about 700 stocks and I would like to add few hundred more, but sales volume keeps me hesitant, mainly because I don't understand it.

Sales volume is trough the roof, on some days double and triple the 60 day average, and even though hundreds of millions of stocks are traded we don't see any reports of institutional investors buying large number of shares.

If Nokia is such a great stock to own and it is riding on the 16 year high, I'm trying to understand who is selling all these stocks and why?

A middle-aged bartender in Philadelphia told me about it. He said that is the only place he eats cheesesteak since he was a kid. I remember it to be the best cheesesteak I had.

This is what I remember.

It was in a suburb that is about 10-25 minute ride from Eastern State Penitentiary neighborhood. It is a small single story building that is maybe partially sunk in to the ground. It looks like it has been there for a long time. It is fairly deep/long, but not very wide. No flashy advertising or decorations. There are no tables inside, just a single ordering station. Maybe up to 10 people can eat inside on the boards along the side walls. They were serving stakes on a checkered paper.

There is also little to no parking, we had to park on a side street.

Neighborhood seemed nice, a middle class maybe, not rich. Streets are wide, some with green divider islands in between. There may have been a park, golf, or a country club near by, or next to it.

EDIT: Thanks everyone! I just Googled Dallesandro's and that is not it. Area of this eatery is more suburban. Only single family homes are around, building is freestanding, small, and it is only housing restaurant, nothing else. More like a box with little to no windows.
