JFK jetblue terminal 5 abysmal food options

I recently flown out of JFK terminal 5. It was a crap show. Beyond the unorganized TSA the food options was the worst part.

They utilize a cafeteria style company that caters the food court and charge $20+ for low quality frozen food. Im talking prison or public school quality food. There is a burger "vendor" called CUSTOM BURGERS that sells a $20 dollar burger, fries and drink combo. The burger patty taste frost bitten and is almost inedible. I was furious to be charge over 20 bucks for a patty that was source for less then a dollars.

I'm saying this coming from someone who enjoys cheap fast food on the go.

I asked one of the jetblue help desk if there was any name brand food options in the terminal. Their response? "No sir, we only house small business vendors"

^ that is a complete lie. They utilize a food catering company.

Seems small, but this really brings down the quality of jet blue and their offerings.
