I have a 1992 Honda Accord and I just took out my gauge cluster to replace the bulbs and when putting the cluster back in and turning the key to on, the tachometer sits at 1500rpm while the speedometer sits at 15mph. If I start the car, the tach will rise to 2000 and sit there with zero response to throttle. Im assuming same goes for the speedometer. Not really sure what could cause this as I didn't touch the gauges at all.
Anybody have an idea?

I am swapping my gauge cluster to LED's and my main concern is matching the color of the original. Is it correct to get warm light LED's instead of the super bright white?
