So I have a long layover in Baku and I am thinking of going out of airport...what are the things I can see under 10-11 hrs?

So I have a layover in Baku for 14 hrs...and I am thinking of going out of the airport and seeing few things...pls help and tell me cool spots to visit and cheapest and quickest form of transport...and feel free to give any suggestions
