I’m trying to book a flight from NRT -> SFO, but it keeps saying 3D Authentication failed. I have called my credit card, and make sure my pop-up is not blocked. I have called Asiana twice, and both times they basically told me “I don’t know what to do, but here’s the marketing email, figure it out yourself.” No one has replied to me when I emailed them… has anyone experienced this?

Do I keep trying or find a different airlines?
