I'm wondering what the best way to repair this table would be? Less than 1 year old - appears to be peeling from the sun & rain.

Should I sand it, then stain and seal? Or sand and then use some combo seal/stain product?

I'm not sure of the procedure, or what products to use to protect it from the elements.

I did email B&Q about a replacement but they don't stock it anymore, and it doesn't seem like a huge job to fix it. The wood underneath the top layer seems fine.
