Help! First epoxy flooring job on plywood and I don’t know what went wrong!

This is for a job site office in a shipping container. The floor is made of heavy duty plywood. I sanded it down, filled the cracks and screw holes and have laid two coats of Sherwin Williams Macropoxy 646. The picture attached was taken about 20 minutes after the second coat (baseboards will be replaced).

The container is 320 square feet and I have put 2 kits for each coat. Each kit is supposed to cover 300 square feet but it feels like I still need way more material.

I have done epoxy coatings on concrete before but never on wood.

How do I fix this?
