Finally…

Finally after long months of enjoying Stalker 2 on multiple platforms with grainy and awful performance, I built my own rig and this game just looks incredible. By no means is it perfect and I have some enhanced quality of life mods running but it’s just been given so much more life. Happy to share my build information and mod list but I just thought these two screenshots looked awesome. Huge thanks to some users on here who pointed me in the right direction mods wise.

Stalker 2 graphics

Hey folks,

Upgraded my system with a new pc build. Running and asus rtx 5080 with ryzen 9950x3d and 64gb ram.

When I installed Stalker 2 it looked even more dogshit than my previous playthroughs although I am running it through a budget monitor but it has 1440p on it. It seems like it’s processing every grain and detail, frame rate is a bit overkill. Also I sometimes get this line flicker travelling up the screen. It’s almost like all settings are dialled up to 11 and it’s overkill.

I’ve tried fiddling about with settings but nothing seems to have much of an effect. Do any of you have any advice to make it run a bit smoother or any links to good tutorials on YouTube. I’m rubbish with all the settings and system jargon.
