How can I check if the car title is branded or not? Specifically for buyback cars

There is a car that has a “Reaquired by manufacturer” note on the carfax. I assumed this meant that the title was branded as a lemon/buyback as a result, however, the dealer is claiming that it is not a branded title. How can I know for sure if this vehicle has a branded title or not? carfax

Branded title vs Reaquired/Buyback vehicle, is there a difference?

I’m looking to purchase a car that is listed in the carfax as a “Reaquired Vehicle “. My assumption was that all Reaquired vehicles are considered buybacks/lemons and as a result would impact resale value and would be more difficult to finance/insure. I also assumed that this would show up in the title as a branded title with this buyback label.

When the salesman sent me the repair order, it says that the vehicle is not required to be branded.

Just confused on what this would mean- if it would indeed be a branded title or if it would just show in the carfax as a lemon/buyback without impacting the title.

Can anyone help me better understand?

Is being a Yardi app specialist a sustainable career path?

I currently work as a Systems Analyst for a financial firm, and saw ay my company’s internal site there is a position open for a lead app support specialist primarily supporting Yardi. Looks like it would be to manage the help desk queue, as well as administer Yardi configurations and user permissions as well as assists with integration projects.

I don’t have any Yardi experience, but this opportunity sounds pretty interesting. Right now I’m more of a business analyst type role, where my data to day is different every week. Sometimes that’s addressing vulnerabilities for the apps I support, sometimes it’s production support and working with SQL developer and mainframe jobs that fail. Other days it’s working with the business on making enhancements on some of our processes etc.

This role seems like it would be the only U.S based contact, the rest of the team looks to be offshore. This seems a bit concerning to me, I’m manly worried if this role is would be more prone to layoffs/having my job outsourced. I’m also worried if specializing in Yardi would be a bad thing for future career growth, or if it would be beneficial to specialize on this.

Can c anyone provide any insight? How do your teams look? Are they mainly offshore?

Would you recommend becoming a Yardi Admin?

How much to ask off for a 25’ buyback ranger raptor with 2k miles?

Looks like the issue was due to the brake booster recall for the 25’ models… it’s listed for about $53k. Is $45k OTD reasonable considering the terrible resell value down the road?
