Is revenue sharing a good deal for influencers?
Today I saw an expense tracker app that was making very little money because the developer wasn't good at distribution.
Then he partnered with an influencer on a revenue-sharing model, and the app grew from $300 to $35,000/month. That’s a huge jump. Later, the app owner realized that combining revenue sharing with a fixed monthly retainer worked even better.
It might pay less in the beginning, but in the long run it could be much more rewarding.
Now I’m curious to learn from influencers:
If an app is good, already making some money, has good ratings, has the potential to become huge with the right visibility, similar app in the niche making great money and fits an influencer’s niche - are established influencers open to revenue-sharing deals?
