You can also improve this technique with double jump enchant.

And another fun thing is that if your game stops rendering chunks( probably due a massive structure spawning) you can spam the dodge button, and when the game starts responding you will fly in the stratosphere like 100-200 blocks high.

Beware of collision damage tho
