As you can see, I completed this test weeks ago, and it's well past payment date. Tried reaching out to support, who claimed it was an external test and to contact the test creator, but there's no way to do that. And this was a test I was sent from Dscout directly, anyway. Am I going mad here?

I have completed about 5 or 6 tests which are pending payment, but I logged in today to find all test history has disappeared, as if I never took a test at all. In addition, I've not received any invites for hours, which is highly unusual. Not feeling too optimistic, is this likely a ban?
