I really wanna rant about this I can explain it better if you'd like but there was recently a thing in my LARP where someone felt betrayed because Lexie moved on from George and Lexie went with Nate without even letting George know. This whole thing happened where Lexie confessed her feelings to Zaida and Zaida said let George down gently. Now the next day L says to Carol "I really like this guy" and Carol said "I was under the impression it was a joke" and now the person that plays George and Carol is incredibly hurt for their characters. In my opinion I felt people in my LARP could absolutely move on, yes it needed to be talked about but I feel this broke my LARP. The person behind George,Carol & Zaidais extremely sensitive so maybe it wasn't the best thing. As a GM I'm thinking this 4 year LARP is now officially done because of this incident. Carol also felt picked on by Lexie for Nate like Lexie chose a man over Carol, same thing for Lexie, Lexie felt that she was being picked on by Carol which I saw both sides but the person that plays Carol only is focusing on what they feel and showed me proof when I have proof of L's side too. I need some help in this situation. What should I do? I have cried about it because when you LARP and roleplay you do have emotions in it. George, Carol & Zaida were even mad that Lexie was just simply texting N like took it like they were being cheated on when it was simple plain fun friendly texts. I need some advice, I think this is ridiculous.
