Who was at WOC (World of Coffee SD) today?
What cool stuff did you get to use?
As for me:
La Marzocco let you pull shots from all their single group machines. Used the Leva X and it was kinda meh. The volumetric piston thing is super gimmicky which most won't use after a while.
Wendougee Data S and Lira were nice machines. Looked and felt well built and the tablet worked nicely. Did a lever style shot.
Zerno grinders are solidly built. The magnets in some parts are too strong which is good and bad. I want a Z2 with ULF burrs.
Still don't know what the Acaia Horizon is supposed to do.
XBloom is actually pretty good at making pour over if you are feeling extremely lazy.
Couldn't find meticulous even though they're supposed to be there somewhere.
