Hi all. I am pretty new to the world of swimbaits, and am hoping to get some advice.

What I am looking for: a soft-bodied swimbait that I can bump along the bottom but that will still have good tail movement at such low speeds. My rod rating maxes out at 2oz, but I’m comfortable going over *a little*.

What I have tried that don’t do what I need: 5” MagDraft, 6” Cullshad (rigged), 6” Final Copy, and a 6” Castaic boot-tail that I’ve had forever. All of these either ride too high in the water or don’t have enough action on low-speed, bottom-bumping retrieves.

Any recommendations?
