Unmarried partner visa chances?
Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some advice from those who applied for a UK Partner Visa.
I’m in a committed relationship of over 2 years with my partner, who is Swedish and has ILR in the UK. He’s been living in London for 10 years, has a stable job far above the financial requirement, and owns his apartment.
I’m Romanian and we’ve visited each other monthly, know each other’s families, but we haven’t lived together yet because I need a visa to do so.
My question: do we need to be married to have a strong chance, or do you think our situation is strong enough for the Partner Visa without marriage?
I really want to understand the safest route, as I’m aiming to enter the UK as soon as possible. What would you say is the most secure option in my case?
