I’m trying to drop my 2005 mercury 60HP EFI outboard I’ve removed the four bolts and also the 5th one under the anode trim tab disk.

It only move about a mm or so after persuasion with a rubber mallet and only towards the front side seam (away from the propeller shaft).

Any ideas for what I might be missing/ forgetting ? Some kind of shift linkage? I’ve searched online and cannot find this exact motor’s procedure to drop the lower end.
