What am I worth?
I want to ask any shop owners in here what you would pay me hourly. Live in SW Ontario, Canada. I have 15 years under my belt. Worked for a corporate glass company for 9 years. Then I left there to work for a franchise. I have great attendance. My work is quality and done properly. No cutting corners. I can work the front counter, I cut flat very well. We do calibrations in house. Chip repairs and crack repairs. Mobile fleet and transports. Now when I was with the corporate company we had wage increases usually every spring. The company I am with now I have only received 1 raise after the first 3 years of working there and basically had to ask for it. At first the raise was only $1 but then the next day was increased to $3. Since that first raise it has been another 3 years without an increase. So I am just curious of what wage you would have me at as an employee. Thanks for your input.
