do I choose purdue or UC irvine?

seriously I’ve been stressing out about this decision so much I need someone to just tell me. I got into purdue for maths education (plan to codo into applied math) I got into UCI for applied and computational math I received basically no aid from either school. My family has no problem paying full tuition for purdue, but for uci I would have to take out 35k in loans w interest each year. Some things to consider: I’d like to think of myself as someone who can handle stress, although when the time comes I’m usually very lazy, I plan to “lock in” for college no matter what but I still can’t guarantee anything. I THINK I’m decent at math (750 on SAT, A- in ap calc right now) but I’ve heard purdue math classes are basically complete bs which is something that really scares me as I MIGHT be applying for grad school and I really value getting a high gpa. Purdue is probably more employable/respected but idk if that makes up for the much lower gpa I’d be getting there. I’ve heard UCI math classes are definitely still rigorous but are a lot more manageable than purdue. If I go to UCI I would probably have more fun given the weather and also like 10 of my classmates are going there, and my really good friend is going to USC which is a 30-40min drive away. I have no friends going to purdue or even living near there, except for a girl (might be tmi but she’s my fwb) who lives 3 hr drive away. I know objectively indiana weather is horrible compared to california. I don’t want to walk outside and already have my day ruined by the weather. IDKKK! I really want to succeed in the long run which makes me lean towards purdue, but I don’t want to be sad and lose all motivation in college which makes me lean towards UCI. Someone from either school pls help me make this decision🥲🥲
