NYCE PPO: Anyone else having delays for user submitted claims?
My first several out-of-network, user submitted mental health claims processed fine, but I now have two claims that have been processing for 51 and 37 days respectively, well beyond the 30 calendar day timeframe the website claims.
Whenever I call customer service they claim they're putting a "priority" on it, but I'm about to just file another complaint with NYS DFS.
Anyone else having lengthly delays with user submitted claims? Specifically for out-of-network mental health?
